FV2 Rewards Helper

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data FV2 Rewards Helper handles, why it is used, where it is stored, and what controls you have.

Effective July 30, 2026

Plain-language summary

  • We do not request passwords, authentication cookies, or Facebook or Zynga credentials.
  • Rewards and settings are stored locally in your browser; local rewards are automatically removed after 48 hours.
  • Community sharing is off by default. It starts only after you choose manual or automatic sharing.
  • We do not sell data or use it for personalized advertising.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the FV2 Rewards Helper Chrome and Firefox extensions, their community website, and the rw1.api.reew.app and rw1.share.reew.app services used for community and shared links.

FV2 Rewards Helper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Zynga or Facebook.

2. Data handled by the extensions

When you choose Share in FarmVille 2, FV2 Rewards Helper reads only the game calls and responses required to capture the reward generated by that action. It extracts the reward URL—which contains the viralId identifier—the title, description, image URL, and action text. A title may contain the player’s visible in-game name when the game itself includes it as part of the reward message.

It also stores preferences such as language, theme, presentation mode, summary-bar visibility and position, and community mode. Functional states such as new, opened, sent, or failed and timestamps required for history are retained.

The extensions do not collect passwords, cookies, session tokens, payment data, email addresses, contacts, or complete game-response payloads.

3. Local storage and retention

Rewards are stored in the extension's local storage provided by your browser to display history and prevent duplicates. They are automatically removed after 48 hours.

Settings remain locally until you change them, clear extension data, or uninstall FV2 Rewards Helper. Some technical window or session state is temporarily stored in the extension's session storage and disappears when the browser session ends.

4. JuegosSocial Community

Community sharing remains set to “Do not send” by default. In manual mode, a reward is transmitted only when you press its send button. Enabling automatic mode is voluntary. In automatic mode, rewards are transmitted automatically only after you explicitly select that mode and choose to share them in the game. General gameplay activity is not transmitted.

Each submission contains only the viralId, title, and image URL. It is sent over HTTPS to rw1.api.reew.app and stored in the JuegosSocial database with a reward URL and timestamps. The description, cookies, credentials, and an identifier for your installation are not sent.

Submitted rewards may be displayed publicly through JuegosSocial community services. They remain available until removed during community maintenance or following a valid deletion request.

5. Sharing through Facebook

Facebook opens only after your explicit action. To generate a link preview, rw1.share.reew.app receives the viralId, title, description, and image URL over HTTPS and redirects to Zynga's official reward.

The gateway application code does not insert that data into the community database. Hosting infrastructure may produce ordinary technical logs such as IP address, date, requested URL, headers, and errors for security and operation.

When you choose to share, Facebook processes the link under its own policies. We do not control processing performed by Facebook or Zynga.

6. Purposes and permissions

We use this data only to detect rewards, provide a 48-hour history, prevent duplicates, make links easier to copy or share, and—if you authorize it—contribute rewards to the community.

The storage permission retains rewards and settings; Chrome's Side Panel and Firefox's Sidebar display history; scripting safely restores surfaces inserted into the page; and host access is limited to Zynga domains required for the game and the community API.

In Firefox 142 or later, websiteContent is declared as a required data collection and transmission category. Firefox presents this disclosure during installation, and you must accept it to install the extension. It covers reward fields originating from game content and responses that FV2 Rewards Helper needs for the features described in this policy. Accepting it does not by itself enable community sharing, which remains off by default.

7. Sharing, sales, and advertising

We do not sell data, create advertising profiles, or use browsing activity for ads. Data is shared only with JuegosSocial when you enable community sharing, with Facebook when you choose to share, with Zynga when opening a reward, and with infrastructure providers strictly required to operate these services.

8. Security

Transmissions managed by the extensions use HTTPS. The API validates requests, their size, identifier format, and permitted image domains. No system is completely infallible, but we apply proportionate measures to limit access, abuse, and unnecessary data.

9. Your controls and requests

You can keep community sharing off, choose manual sharing, switch to automatic sharing, or return to “Do not send” under Settings → Community. You can clear local data through your browser's extension manager or by uninstalling FV2 Rewards Helper.

To request information about or deletion of a community reward, contact the administrators through the support group and include the exact viralId or link. Do not post passwords or other sensitive data.

10. Policy compliance

Use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We collect, use, or transmit only data necessary for FV2 Rewards Helper's single purpose and visible features.

The Firefox version complies with Mozilla's Add-on Policies, including requirements for transparency, necessary permissions, secure transmission, and data disclosure and control.

11. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if the data practices or permissions of either extension change. Material changes will be disclosed in the extension before they take effect when required.

The support and contact channel is the FV2 Rewards Helper Facebook group.
